Testimonials

I am so lucky to have so many different aspects to my business. Each aspect  is just as important as the next. They all tie in nicely together and I am so lucky to love what I do.
I am passionate about my job but more importantly, I love to share my knowledge and love of wellness with you.

FREQUENCY SPECIFIC MICROCURRENT

"I discovered Sinéad when browsing the internet, while in a desperate state for over a year and a half with unexplained pain in my lower back and hip. I had tried everything, from the traditional medical journey through anti-inflammatories and tests all of which offered no solution.  I also tried endless physio and various healing practices such as osteopathy, amatsu and more non-traditional healers, unfortunately none of which helped me . I have visited Sinéad twice so far and have found it brilliant, after two sessions I am completely pain free but have decided to book a third session just to be sure before I go back to exercise. Sinéad used the microcurrent machine on me in a way that was particular to my type of issue, it is beyond brilliant. I cannot thank her enough, I don't know myself and can highly recommend anyone in chronic pain to give this a try, you will not regret it."

PILATES FOR ATHLETES

"Pilates became part my training week a year ago and adding it into my life was the best decision I made in a long time. I play numerous sports including hockey, tennis and cycling.

I chose Sinead’s class ‘Pilates for Athletes’ because it is exactly as advertised. They build in intensity each week and she always notices if you are out of alignment and will correct you as required. What I also appreciate is that Sinead practices what she preaches and uses Pilates in her athletic life also.

Pilates is now the common link in enhancing my performance in Hockey, Tennis and Cycling.  Pilates has enhanced my  balance, running efficiency, mobility, coordination, strike ability in tennis and climbing hills when cycling. I also feel it has helped with injury prevention.

Pilates for Athletes has given me a competitive edge and enhanced my body confidence too. My week is not complete without Sinead’s Pilates class and practicing a few of her exercise each day at home. If you are a sports person, I can definitely say your training isn’t complete without Pilates for Athletes. It is a win win for all us sports mad athletes."

PILATES

“I have attended Sinead's Pilates classes for a number of years and find them excellent. They have helped me to maintain and improve my flexibility and my core muscle strength. This is turn has helped to improved my overall fitness level and has contributed to an improvement in my golf swing through more mobility in my shoulders. The classes have also helped me in toning up my figure.” - Ann K.

YOGA FOR CYCLISTS

"Sinead is an excellent yoga instructor, highly competent and knowledgeable in her field.  Her “Yoga for Cyclists” Monday evening class is an hour to focus on your body after a busy week and/or weekend.  Sinead starts by checking in with activities over the weekend, asking whether anyone has any specific issues or requests, which she will incorporate into the class. This individual focus continues throughout the class – Sinead makes sure to help everyone with the poses and provides alternatives of varying levels of difficulty.  There are students of all levels in the class.  The exercises build in intensity during the session, and cover mobility, strengthening and balance, but it isn’t just about physical exercise – each class is an exercise in mindfulness, from warm-up through the most challenging (and fun) poses and into savasana.  Sinead is very thoughtful and the classes have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – there is always room for lighthearted fun.  All-in-all, leaving the class one feels stronger, refreshed and relaxed, which is nice on a Monday!"

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

"I have been attending Yoga with Sinead for nearly two years and I haven’t found a better class. As a complete beginner I was immediately made feel comfortable and was given extra attention where needed until I felt more confident. Classes are small, you are always made feel welcome and you can take them at your own pace. I was surprised at how quickly my flexibility and stamina developed. I would highly recommend yoga with Sinead to anyone starting their yoga practise or anyone who wants a welcoming and friendly class to attend." - Ann C
